gTime exists solely for the betterment of our beloved travel industry. We are striving
to support the efforts of the supplier that bring to life the finest experiences to the
traveling public, and the efforts of the Travel Advisor that are the face to the consumer
on a daily basis.
A gTime show provides the space and opportunity for these two communities to come
together. One event, in a controlled environment, encourages meaningful, engaged
conversations. Business is generated and lasting relationships are forged. The results
are realized in the growth and success of both organizations.

With remote work now the norm, we aim to create smarter, more efficient ways for people to connect—with less travel,
lower costs, and greater impact.

Training Courses
As part of our evlovling focus beyond traditional trade show events, we are expanding our offerings to include full-scale training programs for newer agents, as well as experienced advisors, and even BDM best practice cooperative educational meetings.
gTime Travel Show
At its core, gTime is about travel shows. From the start, each event has been designed to give advisors the opportunity
to meet one-on-one with supplier BDMs and sales representatives for meaningful, focused, and uninterrupted
conversations. These events help build real relationships, support new business development, and provide answers to
important questions.
Shows are held across the country from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in a three-hour open-house format, typically Monday through
Thursday. Venues include hotels, conference and banquet halls, libraries, and other public locations. Advisors attend at no
cost, aside from occasional parking fees. Advisors are welcome and encouraged to invite colleagues to join, and pre-
registration is strongly recommended. Once you register, please add the event to your paper, Google, Outlook, or other
calendar to help avoid a no-show.

Event Management Services
In addition to new trainings, gTime is offering event management services to advisors wishing to host a cruise night or travel expo. Whether it is a due to lack of experience or time restraints, we can assist with the basics, to budgeting, full event planning up to and including execution. gTime staff have years of experience and expertise in these fields.
