Welcome 2026

Scotty J Horn, President & CEO

There is a familiar saying that encourages us to focus on the road ahead rather than what lies behind. Still, brief reflection can be valuable—helping us recognize past challenges and appreciate how far we have come. As we reflect on 2025, it was a year of meaningful growth for gTime, one that pushed us beyond our comfort zone and reinforced our commitment to continuous improvement.

At gTime, our mission remains clear: to support and strengthen the travel industry. We are dedicated to connecting travel advisors and suppliers, recognizing the essential role each plays in delivering exceptional travel experiences to consumers exploring this planet we call home.

In April 2025, we took a significant step forward, transitioning from GTIN to gTime. This marked the beginning of an ambitious expansion that included securing licensing agreements, extending operations beyond our three founding states—Arizona, Colorado, and Texas—and launching 47 shows across 27 states. While the journey presented challenges, particularly in communication, these experiences highlighted the importance of stronger connections to better serve our partners and stakeholders.

Now in 2026, gTime continues to build momentum. Our website has expanded, communication channels have strengthened, and engagement across social media and direct outreach continues to grow. We are proud to have increased our footprint to 66 shows in 31 states and to have established valued relationships with organizations such as Prost, SKAL, and others across the industry. We are also honored to be among the newest supplier members of ASTA, joining an organization that advocates tirelessly for suppliers, advisors, and consumers alike.

As the President and CEO of gTime, I personally want to invite you to join us by attending a gTime show in a city near you. Together, we can continue to strengthen the connections that drive our industry forward. We look forward to seeing you on the road ahead.

THE SCOTTY BUGLE

Our First 100 Days

Scotty J Horn,

President & CEO

It’s been a busy start to this venture which began April 14th in attempt to secure 49 shows across the country to be held before the end of December.  While the popularity and familiarity of gTime has been firmly established here in the southwest with 30+ suppliers and as many as 190 attendees per show, we desire for these meetings to be positive and beneficial to everyone, everywhere!

Establishing this many shows within my first 55 days, mostly sight-unseen, some would say was almost crazy, but I did it!   Also, juggling calendars, not wanting to overlap other large events such as consortia programs, ASTA events, or other conferences has been an additional challenge to say the least.

Having just completed our first 7 shows in the northeast between Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, we’ve also learned that many advisors in the northeast leave for the shore, the Cape, or summer cottages.  This factor alone impacted attendance.  Admittedly, the unknown of our brand in that area also played a role; However, believe me, it is important to stress, it’s not really about gTime, it’s about bringing great brands and active advisors together!  Honestly, our only goal is to enhance and support BDMs and advisors alike in their effort to grow each other’s business and revenue streams.

Don’t be surprised if you get a personal invite for a meaningful conversation at a gTime show.  This is a one-stop shop, allowing both parties to engage without being rushed, crowded, or enduring numerous round-table speed speeches or breakout sessions.  A gTime show also helps everyone to defray travel costs from already tight budgets.  Allow me to encourage everyone to fully participate and to “engage” with us, if you will.

To hear what people are already saying, check-out our referral page.  If you’re not already on the website, then visit us at www.gTime.travel and click the REFERRAL tab.  It’s also where you can easily register for the show(s) near you.  Simply click on the tab that relates to your role – SUPPLIER or ADVISOR.

As an important and final note, shows always run from 10am – 1pm.  This allows the avoidance of rush hour traffic, interference with after-school activities, dinner engagements, etc.  Shows are also held Monday – Friday keeping your weekend free for you.  So, look out, we’re coming to a town near you!  With all of this said, we are learning.  Selecting the best time of year, precise location – convenience to a highway, ease of parking, close to the homes of advisors in both metropolitan and rural areas, the availability at host facilities, not to mention overall costs, and getting these show details right is truly a challenge.  And, if we don’t quite make it this year, please give us suggestions about where you’d like to see a show next year.

Thank you for your patience with us during these first days and early stage in our growth.  We aim to only get better in 2026!  Your kindness, support and participation are more than appreciated.  However, you can demonstrate your appreciation not only to us, but to each other by registering for a gTime show TODAY!

And in the words of Bartles & Jaymes, “…and thank you for your support!”  (If you’re younger than 35, ask an older brother or sister or friend who was around then.)

Cheers Y’all
